reboot dialog steals focus on upgrade

Bug Description

When I upgraded from Gutsy to Hardy, the process was surprisingly smooth. At the end, the upgrade tool pops up a dialog asking if you would like to reboot. I had happened to hit 'enter' in an IM window just as this was popping up, and the upgrade tool stole the focus and rebooted my machine. The upgrade tool should probably not steal the focus when anything pops up, as a stray enter in there could be disastrous, particularly if it's asking you if you want to replace configuration on a package.
