Thanks for your bug report. Sadly this doesn't have enough data to be able to investigate it further, so I'm closing it. I'm sure one day we'll accidentally stumble over a way to reproduce and sort out the remaining permission issues.

Feel free to look at the specified files and correct their permissions to match the others to resolve the permission error.
