Bug Description
Software Updater sometimes reports "Failed to download repository information" and "Failed to download package files".
But my internet connection is OKAY.
That means that Software Updater cannot reach some resource, but it does not tell me which.
And that means that I am unable to resolve the problem.
And that means that this is a bug.
