Bug Description
When the update manager pops up with relative minor updates, if I am working on something important, I close the updater window, and don't expect it to pop up again until the next day. This expectation comes from using Ubuntu 16.04 and 18.04 for some years. In Ubuntu 20.04, closing the update manager results in the update manager poping up again, multiple times (closing it multiple times), despite the settings being configured so that it only checks for updates once a day.

Does no longer happen after several ubuntu internals updates.
