Hello, while reporting a bug on focal against the update-manager source package, I got an error:

What kind of installation was this? Is it a server or desktop?

This is my laptop; I followed Richard Laager's ZFS Root on Ubuntu installation guide a year ago, which starts with using debootstrap, and then installing what you want by hand after that. So, while this system is used as a desktop, it doesn't have many of the usual tasksets installed:

  * In the apport hook don't assume the bug is being reported about the
    update-manager package which may not be installed. (LP: #1878500)
  * Resolve pycodestyle E741 issues.
