MY_MIRROR env could be better documented

Hello, on my focal machine, ubuntu-security-status reports that I'm mostly unsupported.

sbeattie hypothesized this may be due to my use of a local mirror rather than an official archive mirror.

How is one supposed to know about this environment variable?

Furthermore, the prior tool, ubuntu-support-status, did not need this magic under-documented environment variable to work:

Why can't ubuntu-security-status work out which Packages files have a hash chain of trust that goes back to the ubuntu archive signing key, and then determine security support status based on that?
