Could not calculate the upgrade

Just ran update-manager. It suggested a partial upgrade. Dialog says "A unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade.

Please report this bug against the 'update-manager' package and include the files in /var/log/dist-upgrade/ in the bugreport."

The files listed are:

I don't see a place to attach the files.

I see see the file attachment now.

apt.log apears to be the only modified file.
