Bug Description
Binary package hint: php5
Ok My bad. I hit Cancel button after looking at the side-by-side diffs in php.ini
I had expected it to take me back to the previous choice so I could continue with the old php.ini file
I am only reporting this because it would be nice if you could give a warning before doing something that aborts a module upgrade.

This is not a bug with php5. Reassigning to update-manager - it seems that this is a usability issue.
