update-manager produces PyGIWarning messages re imports

Bug Description
i upgraded to 16.04. Suddenly it shows a bug and stops the upgrade. When it finished, i tried again and i rebooted. It shows that has upgraded to 16.04 but when i write sudo update-manager it show the following message.

Same here.
My upgrade from 12.04 to 16.04 was freezed. I rebooted and finished with dpkg --configure -a. Next I launched the upgrade-manager and got that warning message (I also had to do a partial upgrade).
