Binary package hint: update-manager

Hi !
... was upgrading from 7.10 RC to Final release on-line.

After a quite a while it failed

"Getting Upgrade prerequisites failed."

The http timeouts may be different than the backports error? Also, some of us have empty logs except for main.log. In any case, others are reporting "prerequisites" errors here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/update-manager/+bug/153980

I'm closing this, since this bug appears to be caused by overloaded servers on release day.
