Bug Description
Running the software update utility on a default 14.04 installation with full-disc encryption enabled results in the error message "insufficient space on /boot to perform upgrades". However, the command-line utilities successfully perform the required upgrades

Actually, in the past using aptitude to perform the upgrades after this message worked. This time it didn't until I manually removed some old kernals, presumably freeing up space on the boot partition.
