Update Manager showing 215 days since update!

This issue has existed since installation of a Linux Format remix of Lubuntu 12.04.3 showing last updated 215 days ago and this message has remained the same with each and every update. Just an annoying thing.

Installed on 10 March 2014 - with 296 updates 400BM immediately after installation and numerious updates since.
