"The computer needs to restart to finish installing updates." notification should have a user defined timer to ask next time

Whenever an update that needs a restart happens, a windows pops up saying this:
The computer needs to restart to finish installing updates. This has three options: 1) Settings 2) 2) Restart later and 3) Restart Now...

If the "restart later" option is selected, this dialog box pops up back in around 10 minutes- the user has no control over this timing.

Rather than this, the "restart later" should have a different option like "Remind me in xx minutes" and the timer should be user-defined.

Exactly! This is not Windows - we should not be pestered incessantly by something like this because we might have done some update as part of a larger number that needs a reboot, but we have a good reason for not doing so for some time (running jobs, remote users also logged in, etc).
At most, if you say 'later' it should go quiet until there are actually more updates applied.
