Thanks for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Your bug report had the following text in the log file:
Error: '/etc/texmf/web2c/updmap.cfg' should not exist when using the
Debian teTeX or TeX Live packages. Presumably, you used updmap-sys
in maintainance mode (options --edit, --syncwithtrees, etc.).
This shouldn't be done with the Debian teTeX or TeX Live packages.
Instead, you should edit the files in /etc/texmf/updmap.d/ and run
update-updmap, mktexlsr and updmap-sys.
Please remove '/etc/texmf/web2c/updmap.cfg' and try again.
Can you verify if you tried to act on the suggestion? |
