Typically, when I click a launcher on Monitor 2, I expect its window to pop-up on Monitor 2.

Unexpectedly , update-manager launches to Monitor 1 regardless of whether I click its launcher on Monitor 2 or its launcher that is on Monitor 1.

So, I'm intentionally mousing over to click its launcher on Monitor2, in hopes that it will launch to Monitor 2 (so, that it doesn't pop-up in front of the work I'm doing on Monitor 1), yet no matter what it pops up on Monitor 1.
