please transition gutsy powerpc users to ports.ubuntu.com

Binary package hint: update-manager

Hi,

Powerpc is no longer a supported architecture, please work out some sort of migration plan so that as many users as possible have their sources.list transitioned to ports.ubuntu.com for the gutsy upgrade. I don't know if it's possible/reasonable to do this without prompting, but it's certainly safe (IMO at least) if the user is already using archive.ubuntu.com (and probably *.archive.ubuntu.com too). Thanks.

(NB: security.ubuntu.com needs migrated too)

gutsy/powerpc is now on ports.ubuntu.com - I've provisionally agreed with Colin to remove gutsy/powerpc from archive.ubuntu.com at (or certainly no later than) beta time - let me know if that's going to be a problem for you, timescale wise.
