Bug Description

There is no need for the big window that lists available updates to remain open while the updater is running. My suggestion would be to have that window disappear when the "Applying Changes" window appears. There's no need for it after all the updates are checked off and the "Apply Updates" button is pressed. The result of this change would be a less cluttered desktop while updates are being applied, and that the user wouldn't need to close the big list window when updates are finished, only the small one.

I agree but i think there shouldn't be the need of closing anything. The update should be silent. A notification of "updates completed" that closes after i.e 3 seconds is enough.
