Bug Description

within ubuntu distribution upgrading from 12.04 to 12.10 quantal - errors appeared repeatedly:

 # Fontconfig warning: "/etc/fonts/conf.d/50-user.conf", line 9: reading configurations from ~/.fonts.conf is deprecated.

After editing /etc/fonts/conf.d/50-user.conf
And deleting this line: <include ignore_missing="yes" deprecated="yes">~/.fonts.conf</include>

The constant errors I had been seeing on the terminal when launching evince and other apps stopped displaying.

Editing /etc/fonts/conf.d/50-user.conf as above hadn't helped.
12.04, some packages from 12.10 (installed manually).

Here is the corrected version of 65-droid-sans-fonts.conf. At least I think it's correct, it gets rid of the error messages.

Can some developer please correct it in the distribution?
