Bug Description

I aam trying to upgrade from Ubuntu 11.10 to 12.04. When I run the update manager, I get an error stating that Ubuntu cannot calculate the upgrade. The details say I need to add an update to Firefox, but when I go into the update manager and click 'check' the same 'cannot calculate upgrade' error pops up. Can anyone help me get around this so I can upgrade?

Thanks a million!

The upgrade is blocked by an old version of flash plugin from jaunty. This is a valid upgrade bug.

You can fix the problem by removing adobe-flashplugin then try the upgrade again.
