Bug Description
Update manager, when started automatically to report there are updates, auto-minimizes itself. Upon auto-minimize, when you restore the window, it returns a white box you cannot interact with.
Workaround is to close update manager and restart it manually, which fixes the issue since it will not auto-minimize.
This does not happen when the window loses focus but remains non-minimized.
