Bug Description

I've used alt+f2 'upgrade-manager -d' to make some test upgrades from an lucidmachine to precise.

After all packages were downloaded the procedure began. During installation some modal dialogue appeared and they only had some rectangular signs instead of text.
This is a big problem for the average user, because he/she does not know what he click on nor what happens during his installation.
