update-manager is closing after authorization to install updates

Bug Description

Update-manager is asking for authorization if an update has new dependency. If you are waiting to long (e.g. 10 seconds) update-manager will close after a successful authorization!

The updates are installing in the background. (You can see with top that aptd and dpkg are working.)
