A unresolvable problem occured while calculating the upgrade. please report this bug against the 'update-manager' package and include the files in
/var/log/dist-upgrade in the bugreport.

@bdgraue: the problem you experienced is different from the one originally reported. They seem to be caused by the third party repositories that prevent a clean upgrade.
