Bug Description

The 20-unzip60-alt-iconv-utf8.patch was recently updated [2]. This has raised
long-term maintainance questions that should be addressed:

TODO:
- upstream changes
- investigate origin of patch
- fix whitespace damage (mostly tailing whitespace, mixed space/tab)
- check follow on patch (e.g. [2])
