[unity8] app drawer, clicking on "More apps in store" does nothing

ubuntu 17.04 unity 8
[unity8] app drawer, clicking on "More apps in store" does nothing
open the app drawer, click on "More apps in store"

On Xenial, this will open the apps store scope if it is installed (which might not be true by default) and on zesty this is supposed to open the snappy store, which at this point is not fully completed yet...
The actual url to be opened is stored in gsettings and perhaps needs to be updated when the snappy app store is completed.
