Bug Description
In the control panel the Bluetooth settings are showed , but the my PC doesn't have the Bluetooth.

So the problem is that in the current implementation there's no way for an indicator to hide itself altogether, it can only be hidden from the collapsed status bar.
We should probably have a separate state for the indicator to hide completely, and/or hide icons for whom backends are not running.
