I'm going to hazard a guess that redraw problems are similar for resizing and scrolling.

So let this be a duplicate of bug 1494795, which might be solved soon by bug 1604029.

On second thoughts, keep them separate. Some fixes will land and we can decide later exactly which bugs have been resolved...
