Bug Description

Unity8 launcher icons look more blurry than they should (on a regular "low-DPI" desktop).

It looks like the problem is either texture/pixel misalignment again or just a low quality resampling when the icons are scaled down for the launcher. They look sharper (and slightly bigger) in the Apps scope.

For comparison, Unity7's launcher scales down icons without losing so much detail. So clearly Unity8 could do better.
