Bug Description

Most visible in the app, video and photo scopes for me.
Tested on proposed on MX4

i also get a black screen in between the rotation and the repaint

The main reason of the repaints is because the cards change size (they get bigger because there's more horizontal space).

Unless the Image element itself changes size there shouldn't be a repaint of the icons, right?
