Scopes scrolling scope jumps to mid way

Bug Description

I scroll up and the page and then the scope jumps half way down the page not letting me rfresh or see the top posts.

Its only happened once so I don't know the steps to reproduce it.

In your video it seems that your using the "twitter scope" to demonstrate the issue?
does it occur with other scopes as well?

This has only happened with the twitter scope, at least in my experience of the bug.
