ListItem pressed highlight gets stuck when scrolling

Bug Description

With the attached snippet, when you press on an item to activate the pressed highlight and then start dragging, sometimes the pressed state gets stuck. The ListItem will continue to be highlighted and won't react to presses any more.

When I took the screenshot, nothing was pressed any more. All those highlighted entries are stuck ones.

Adding unity8 as this issue prevents us to move to the new ListItem in the Dash's filter list.
