App scope display issues

I experienced some display issues with the app scope on rc-proposed.
Please refer to the attached screenshot. I don't know yet which exact steps reproduce this behavior (will add the information if I find it out).

We tried and didnt figure out a way to reproduce yet, please add the info as you said if you find out :)

Looks like there's one more bug with some possible steps to repro: bug #1546733

It's really rare, I'm trying to figure steps to reproduce. But this bug is definitely there (see the attached screenshot) from today.

Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

Dave H also reported this issue (bug #1573996). According to him, this problem starts appearing *with a poor slow wifi connection <1.5M*.

Another way to reproduce this issue:
* Install an app from the store
* Go to the app scope (e.g. by pressing the Ubuntu-Button in the launcher if set as home scope)
* The app scope will reload due to the newly installed app
* while reloading, search for a random app in the app scope
