"Building Unity 8" guide is incomplete

Bug Description
1. The guide states that Ubuntu 15.04 is required, but I only managed to build Unity 8 on 15.10.
2. After following the guide on 15.10, I had to run these extra commands:
sudo apt-get install unity8
sudo apt-get build-dep unity8
Maybe this step should be integrated into ./build.sh --setup
The file
${REPO_ROOT}/CODING
contains an even older version of this guide and should also be updated.
