need a way to dump system status as system is leggy

Something (hard to reproduce) the system is leggy, and we don't know why.

If we got a tool that can dump system status like but not limit to list the top 10 process that use most cpu, it might be helpful to debug !

I am not sure if it make sense that we change to screen shot key to run certain script to dump system status.

I would suggest Unity8 to expose a dconf key of "onScreenshotTriggered" function, so we can easily override the function even in custom tarball, especially for developer image.
