Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open "battery"
2. Change brightness to minimum
3. Open webbrowser
4. Wait till screen will be turned off
Currently:
Screen is turned off and locked immedietly without dim
Expected:
After turn screen turn off, wait 3 seconds before locking.
Rationale:
During reading on phone in night, the brightness is set to low. During reading most often user is not touching screen. It cause screen locking immediately, which interrupt reading. Proposed solution allows user to prevent from screen locking and continue reading.
