Infographics Circle on welcome screen looses daily dots

Bug Description
STEPS:
1. Install latest image on Arale
2. Reboot
3. Goto 2 at somepoint daily dots vanish
EXPECTED:
I expect the result to be that the welcome screen always displays the Circle of dots.
ACTUAL:
1 in 3 reboots leads to the lose of dots the app still works just no dots.
Seems limited to arale so far will update if I see it on krillin.
