Bug Description
Under certain circumstances (not sure what's triggering it) we have observed that icons in the launcher can get stacked on top of eachother. This was seen by insiders running first public krillin devices, and reproduced by me on ubuntu-
To reproduce:-
Pull out launcher
Long press on an icon near the top
Pull down to the bottom
Let go
Sometimes icons stack. Stacking remains after launcher his hidden then revealed. See screenshot.

My bug may be related, but now I see this bug is in unity, where I have it in gnome.
So I think I made a mistake posting here...
