Bug Description

How to reproduce:
* Have a phone
* Have the password security set to passphrase
* Reboot phone
* Be on lock screen
* Press the power button until the shutdown dialog appears
* See how the shutdown dialog partially overlaps the keyboard

I think it should not overlap at all (or at least totally) or maybe even they keyboard should hide.
