Tablet: Dash flashes if double tapping outside open indicators

How to reproduce:
 * Be on tablet
 * Be in Dash with no app open
 * Open indicators
 * Double press very fast outside the indicators (over the greyed-out area)
 * See how the dash flashes to black for a split second
