Bug Description

Steps:
* start terminal app
* lock the phone immediately

Expected:
* keyboard not visible over the welcome screen (should it ever show? shouldn't the window be unfocused, and so not be able to have a keyboard at all?)

Current
* keyboard shows up on top of the welcome screen

this does depend on fixing bug 1236290

 I don't think this is related to bug 1236290, the problem here seems to be that the application is briefly set to active when it finishes loading, (and since it has a focused text field this causes the keyboard to reveal). This can also be reproduced by starting the terminal app and then swiping back to the dash while the splash screen is still showing.

 Presumably the application shouldn't be set to active if the screen has been locked or if the application has lost focus due to the user switching apps.

Especially concerning as the keyboard manages to type through the lockscreen into the focused text area. This could present a security issue.

A quick work around would be removing the forceActiveFocus call from the terminal AuthenticationDialog app. Still looking into something better.

The steps for this bug are no longer valid because the terminal app no longer forces focus on the password entry, but we still need to verify that unity8/qtmir do the right thing here.
