Dialer-app is getting sigstopped on greeter mode.

Steps to reproduce:

- lock you device with a pin
- in the unlock screen tap "emergency calls"
- dialer will open
- start typing random numbers
- after some seconds it will get stuck

phablet@ubuntu-phablet:~$ ps -ax | grep dialer-app
 3233 ? Tsl 0:15 dialer-app

if I enter the following command it works again:
phablet@ubuntu-phablet:~$ kill -CONT 3233

This is breaking all uses cases of dialer-app on greeter mode, including receiving a call when the phone is locked and making emergency calls.

I'm afraid this slipped through with the latest release that included lp:~unity-team/qtmir/fix-some-lifecycle-bugs.

We'll try and fix it first thing in the morning, failing that we'll revert the latest unity8 and qtmir releases.

And regression tests.

I think that branch may have actually fixed it. This can be reproduced (note that dialer-app must already be open to reproduce the freeze) on both mako and krillin, with both rtm and utopic (at the moment).

But if you upgrade your utopic device from the archive, you'll get the above branch fixes (as well as other stuff) and I can't reproduce anymore. So this looks like it will be in the next utopic image. And is in the pipeline for rtm already.
