Summary:
orientation lock does not lock the orientation
Steps:
1. open system settings
2. rotate phone to landscape
3. select orientation lock
4. rotate phone to portrait
expected results:
ui remains in landscape mode
actual results:
ui is not locked, moves to portrait

This depends on a unity8 change to enforce the orientation setting, settings implementation is complete.
