In Ubuntu Touch, the Launcher displays untranslated texts in a localized environment.

Test case.
- Switch Ubuntu Touch to Spanish.
- Open the Launcher.
- Click on the Phone icon for 2 seconds.

Expected result.
- Menu appears.
- The name of the application must be displayed localized.
- Option labels must be displayed localized.

Actual result.
- Menu appears.

- Labels aren't localized ("Unpin shortcut" instead of "Desanclar").

Tested with image 178.

The labels are translated, and language-pack-* ships the .mo files for unity8. Somehow, the Launcher still shows the label in English. Is the domain being set correctly?
