Bug Description

During the weekend (disconnected from a PC, but testing phone) I noticed that during scrolling of the apps scope there was a region at the bottom of the screen where no icons would appear.
Further when scrolling up slowly (pulling up with finger) on a long list the icons appear one by one.

So if the screen normally has 15 icons on screen, where each icon is one letter-

---
A B C
D E F
G H I
J K L
M N O
---

In this case I get:-

---
A B C
D E F
G H I
J K L

---

And when I pull up I get:-

---
D E F
G H I
J K L
M

---

Then pull a bit more I get:-

---
D E F
G H I
J K L
M N

---

Then pull a bit more I get:-

---
D E F
G H I
J K L
M N O

---

Then:-

---
G H I
J K L
M N O
P

---

And so on..

Any idea about steps to repro? This means that the grid of items got confused about where's its bottom...

No, I was just playing with the device over the weekend when this happened. I'd been playing with swiping up and down in the shell a lot, and a lot of swiping right and left. I also had a unity crash when running x-type (which doesn't crash now) just before the problem in this bug report.

I've hit this multiple times and I've also had it only displaying a single line as can be confirmed by everyone in the landing call this morning

Guys any idea how to reproduce? It seems that you got it quite frequently enough for it to be an image promotion blocker but i've spent the whole morning trying to reproduce it and got nothing :-/

Opening and closing apps on a regular basis seems to do it for me but it
is still random as to what triggers it I'll have a play and see if I can
come up with some steps.

Yesterday we found a way to reproduce this:
 * Make sure you have 12 rows of "My apps"
 * Scroll to the bottom of the apps scope
 * Start an app
 * Go back from the app to the dash
 * You'll see the apps scope is at the top and the "My apps" content is empty
