new-scope's scopes-scope cards lack leftMargins and text-vCenter if no mascot is set

Bug Description

Some cards in the scopes-scope don't have an icon in which case the text is not properly positioned. It lacks leftMargins and its not vertically centered.

Yes. This only appeared with new-scopes. Still happening if you manage to have a scope without mascot.

I can't reproduce this, can you run "make tryCard" and see if you can make it happen?
