launcher on right when phone upside down

Bug Description
When the phone is right side up, if I do a full swipe left to right the launcher pops up on the left (fine). If I flip the phone upside down the apps seem to orientate themselves correctly, but the edge gestures are not rotated. eg, if I do a full swipe left to right, rather than getting the launcher, I cycle through the apps. If I do a full right to left while upside down, the launcher pops up on the right.

I assume this is not only for the launcher but also the indicators are at the bottom and the app switching is on the left, right?
