Dates of messages wrong when switching timezone

When switching timezone, the dates of messages is not updated correctly.

Also, double check if the order of messages is correct when changing timezones and new ones appear (in-between).

This is a not a bug in indicator-messages, but unity8, because the service supplies timestamps in UTC.

The messaging menu in unity7 doesn't have that bug, as it is only showing relative times.
