It is not possible to reveal the HUD is OSK is already visible.
TEST CASE:
1. Open 'notes' app and tap a note to open OSK
2. Do a bottom edge swipe to reveal the HUD
ACTUAL RESULT
Nothing happens
EXPECTED RESULT:
The HUD becomes visible
