Bug Description
The HUD overlay will remain visible after switching away from the app.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open any app
2) Swipe up from the bottom edge to reveal HUD icon, lift your finger without triggering the HUD
3) At this point the HUD icon will remain visible on the screen with the app behind id
4) Swipe from the left all the way across the screen to switch to the Apps lens of the Dash
5) Observe that the HUD icon remains visible, even when the Apps lens is behind it
6) After about 5 seconds the HUD icon will go away on it's own
Expected Results:
When the app that had focus when the HUD icon was invoked loses focus (either by switching to another app or switching to the Dash) the HUD icon should go away immediately.
