Bug Description
Unity8TestCase currently have a huge (40sec) timeout when launching unity and waiting for it to be ready.
This is due to testing done on a VM which can be very slow, this will improve with startup improvements and infrastructure upgrades/updates.

We actually had to increase that to 60s... Chris's findings are that when recording is enabled, we're starting to swap (1GB memory on VMs), which at a high resolution meant that we were missing the timeout.
